TISPA was (re-)founded on November 2^nd at a special meeting in Posta house.

TISPA Constitution was adopted and formal registration (Membership Application Form) initiated.

Annual General Meetings (AGM)

In April 2005 TISPA was officially registered and on May 28th was the first AGM - also in Posta house (minutes). Another AGM was held on March 31st, 2007 at New Africa Hotel.
